Neighbour Noise Control

International Expansion

BurenlawaaiNu's success in the Netherlands stems from its innovative approach to managing noise complaints with precision and professionalism.

After its establishment, the company swiftly built a reputation for delivering reliable solutions to one of the most common but challenging problems faced by Housing Associations and landlords alike: neighbour noise complaints.

Data-driven methodology

By using advanced acoustic measurement tools and expert analysis, BurenlawaaiNu developed a methodology to objectively determine whether neighbour noise complaints constituted actual disturbances under legal and social standards.

This approach allowed them to identify genuine cases of noise nuisance while also addressing instances where noise levels were within acceptable limits but still perceived as bothersome.

The company's services

provided Housing Associations and Local Authorities with tools to uphold their obligations to tenants, such as ensuring a peaceful living environment, without descending into subjective disputes.

What we offer

BurenlawaaiNu's core offering, which includes Noise Nuisance Recorders and professional acoustic reports, empowered Housing Associations and Local Authorities to resolve complaints effectively and maintain positive relationships with their tenants.
